What is lifestyle photography...
Lifestyle photography is a relaxed approach to the formal portrait photography. Every photographer will shoot lifestyle photography in their own way. I guide through an adventure whilst exploring and having fun, resulting in completely natural photographs of you and your loved ones.
It is importrant to me that things aren't too staged, that children (and adult) are enjoying the moment in time. Aside from the cosy finish to your gallery you'll have memories from the session that you will also treasure.

Lifestyle photography for me is one on my favourites, literally capturing life as it goes by...
I find I can effortlessly capture moments in time, giving all those involved memories to treasure and share with others.
All lifestyle portraits are taken on local locations of your choice, maybe a favourite place to walk, or a visit to somewhere new so that children can really explore and behave naturally.
(I also enjoy doing a lot of Lake District wedding photograpy for my amazing clietns).

Never work with children and animals ...
My huge passion as a photographer working with dogs and livestock in general also shines through. My clients find I handle their pets effectively and calmly, whilst creating beautiful photographs.
I love working with families and children, with additional attendees (dogs and other pets) on some sessions also. After all if your going to have a photography session you may as well do it properly.
Clare completely understood exactly what we wanted from our family shoot - catching the kids individual personalities while being completely relaxed! We're over the moon with the previews and look forward to seeing the rest of the images. I will recommend to anyone who likes our style too. Thank you Clare x
